1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the "FinanceLife" mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. One-Time Purchase & Future Models
Current Model: FinanceLife is currently offered as a paid application via a one-time purchase on the Apple App Store. This purchase grants you access to the App's features indefinitely under the current version.
Future Changes ("Grandfathering" Clause): We reserve the right to change our business model to a subscription-based service in the future. However, if you purchased the App as a one-time purchase before such a change, you will retain access to the core features available at the time of your purchase without being required to pay a subscription fee ("Grandfathered Status"). New features introduced after the switch to a subscription model may require a separate subscription.
3. Refunds
Apple App Store: All purchases, including the initial download price, are processed directly by Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds or manage your billing information.
If you are unsatisfied with the App, you must request a refund directly through Apple's "Report a Problem" portal or your App Store account settings, subject to Apple's refund policies.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FinanceLife makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinanceLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FinanceLife operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
